He was born in Ermenek in 1967. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Ermenek. He graduated from Selçuk University, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, civil engineering.  He has been in public service for 31 years, including investments in the Clean Energy sector. He is married and has two children. There is a European Union Accredited Occupational Safety Expertise. He took part in various European projects.
