Haluk GÜLER who was born in Polatlı, Ankara in 1964, graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration and Anadolu University School of Banking and Insurance. GÜLER started his banking career at Emlak Bank in 1986. He worked as Assistant Accounting Chief at the Head Office and Gökdelen Branch of Emlak Bank and Financial Analysis and Intelligence Specialist in the Financial Analysis Unit. Between 1995 and 1998, he worked as Senior Chief in Esbank Başkent Branch Accounting Service and as Second Manager in Loans Service. Between 1998-2002, he worked as Marketing Manager and Branch Manager at Etibank Cebeci Branch. Between 2002-2003 He was operations Manager at Denizbank Gimat Branch. Between 2004-2006, He worked as a Coordinator in Selahattin Kaleli Akaryakıt A.Ş. (Best Oil). Between 2007-2009 He worked as the Marketing Manager at Metay Fakrtoring, İvoksan Branch and retired from the same company. After retirement, He worked as the General Coordinator in companies: SYS Skada İnşaat A.Ş. and Başkent Dental A.Ş. He is an ISO 9001: 2008 Lead Auditor. He is responsible for project development in Ankara within the structure of ICEES Comprador Business Group.
